We are a full service, ASE certified, auto repair shop. We do everything from oil change services to motor replacements. We are not a chain, so we don't have any sales quotas to meet. Our prices are competative, and we run our shop with integrity, honesty, and reliability.

Unprofessional and hot headed front desk lady Cynthia Weatherford Douglass the co owner shows how irate and angry she can be over literally their own mistake. Messages and argues online and plays the victim card after the wrong amount of R134a was filled into my car and misdiagnosed. Have already had 10 people on lutz community page say they won't do business with this place and have taken thousands of potential business from here. Will continue to tell everyone in my BMW groups to not go here as well.

They did not diagnose my automobile correctly. I asked for a refund, but they ignored my request. I am now looking into how to keep them from doing this to others.

As a Willow Bend resident. It is so comforting to have them back in the neighborhood. To have a trustworthy and honest auto repair shop back is "priceless" They are always so welcoming and willing to help. Welcome back Bob and Cindy
Bob and Cindy used to own and operate Quality Automotive on Collier Prky. They sold it and went to Zephyrhills. Now they are back on LOL. Very professional and couteous.
