Unprofessional and hot headed front desk lady Cynthia Weatherford Douglass the co owner shows how irate and angry she can be over literally their own mistake. Messages and argues online and plays the victim card after the wrong amount of R134a was filled into my car and misdiagnosed. Have already had 10 people on lutz community page say they won't do business with this place and have taken thousands of potential business from here. Will continue to tell everyone in my BMW groups to not go here as well.

They did not diagnose my automobile correctly. I asked for a refund, but they ignored my request. I am now looking into how to keep them from doing this to others.
