I don't know what to say about the staff and the quality of the photos I had printed other than, "WOW!" I used to work for Ritz Camera and thought their printing was superior to anyone elses (much better than Walgreens or CVS, Target and Wal-Mart), but The Beck Gallery really brought out the colors and tones and contrast, making the subjects POP! The customer service was phenomenal. There is something to be said about a local business. They really cater to you and give you that extra service you cannot get at the big chains. Going back to do framing, take classes, get some studio time. They do it all and I have no reason to go elsewhere!

When I picked up the painting, the frame was not centeredon the painting and the artist's name was also covered. It looked like an amateur did the framing. The owner did not offer any solutions only insults to the me, the customer.
