**This review is only based on a phone call to gain information.** I called 10 to 10 to ask about getting a physical. I was very impressed with the person I spoke with. I never felt like he was rushing to finish the call and he was very thorough. He did not try to sell me on their practice. Some of the questions he asked showed me he was more concerned about me getting the proper care. I will go to them and write another review following the physical.

My family and I have been going to 10 to 10 for a few years now; we have been treated for everything from a cold to a broken arm, and we have been very pleased with each visit. The staff and docs have always been pleasant and professional. They're always willing to go above and beyond for their patients, which is very refreshing, since most urgent care centers and ER's could care less. We would definetly recommend this clinic to anyone needing treatment.

The practioner took very good care of me and even came back a couple times to address new concerns that I forgot to mention when he first entered the room, and did it with a smile. Despite the fact there were multiple other patients in the waiting room I was still in and out in about 30 min. I couldn't recomend them enough!!!!!!!!!!

Front desk person was friendly. She also doubled as the nurse. I was the only one there and it took over an hour to get in & out. The PA on duty saw me for less than 5 minutes. He did not wash his hands before or after examining me. Did not wear gloves. I have no faith in his diagnosis and will make an appointment with my regular doctor next week.
