I couldn't agree more with the other customers who rated this company with 1 star. I would give it a negative rating if I could with a poop symbol! I originally called Superior, back in 2006, because a friend had recommended them. He had said their system is great which for the most it is. However because I live outside of the Tampa area I was referred to their sister store who at the time installed my system. Unfortunately when I had my first problem with the system I had found out that the sister store closed and I was referred back to the Tampa store. My problem was that my water, every few months, would come out foaming out of the faucets and taste like salt and so would my ice cubes in my freezer. I called the Tampa store and they sent out a tech. Within six months it happened again. Of course they charged me again as if it were a new problem and it happened a third time. Each time charging me for what they should of fixed the first time. Now I need to do a have the carbon replaced. It's about a $400 charge. I asked it they can also replaced my reverse osmosis cartridges which cost about $150. They said the will but I will cost an extra$100 for the trip charge. Wait a darn minute here! They are already coming here and charging me $400. My two year old dog can replace the cartridges it's a simple matter of just sliding the old cartridges out and sliding the new ones in and they are going to tack on an extra $100???? Also I so agree with the other customers about the attitude the company has towards their customers. It's like they know you are stuck using them because no other company services this system and so they are extremely rude. I highly recommend people to go and read the reviews of any company before doing any kind of business. Signing off as a highly dissatisfied customer.

I have to start out by saying the customer service and products from Superior Water Conditioning were superb! I contacted Superior Water Conditioning, a local and home owned company, and scheduled a time that was convenient for us i.e., in the evening, which meant not having to miss work. From the sales rep, to the installers, to the owner of the company himself, who came out to check on the work, all were exceptional. The owner even did some extra work on our existing equipment at his own expense.I can honestly say after over two months, the water is crystal clear. The product, the service, and customer support are all excellent and unlike anything we’d had in recent memory. I bought my Kinetico Water Softener for the house and also a Kinetico Reverse Osmosis system for the kitchen in Fall 2011 from Superior Water Conditioning of Lutz, Florida. We had owned three other water softeners and one reverse osmosis system, all of which failed prior to buying the Kinetico system. There is absolutely no comparison between other brands and Kinetico. Kinetico’s water softener is phenomenally efficient and consumes no more than a third of the salt that the other systems used. Kinetico manufactures a chlorine filter that provides FOUR years of service before requiring replacement. This device removes the harmful chlorine before it reaches the resin beads in the water softener. And, to my great satisfaction, the membrane in the RO system lasts TEN years before requiring replacement! I highly recommend Superior Water Conditioning, Inc., and Kinetico water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. They offer fabulous products and great service!! --Bill H. of Tampa

Superior Water Conditioning replaced our old Kinetico Reverse Osmosis Filter System with a new one. During an evening recently, it shut down. I was unable to get it working that night so at about 7:30 AM the next day I left a message with Superior Water describing my situation. At about 7:50 AM I received a call from Bryan (Superior Water). He proceeded to describe the steps I needed to take to correct the problem. Apparently a small amount of moisture had accumulated on the floor under the sink and this was detected by the Kinetico sensor. I dried the floor area under the moisture sensor and then did a couple of other things including turning the dial to reset the unit-and it “worked.” Brian was very patient with me and guided me through the whole process over the phone. To say the least we were so pleased to have our filtered water flowing again and extremely pleased with the customer service provided us by Brian at Superior Water.Bill in Lutz, FL

This company is very rare. They still believe in and provide old-fashioned customer service! They have been very diligent about ensuring my satisfaction on all matters regarding bringing up the quality of the well water for our home - NOT an easy task to accomplish! Everyone at Superior Water Conditioning is friendly and accommodating. The techs take their time to explain EVERYTHING. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. This is a great company. Don't hesitate to use them.
