I've had great results at Pure Health. I have a thyroid condition but I was still able to lose 18 pounds since starting there. I have been to other training studios with very limited results, and I have been trying to lose weight for a couple of years. The owner (Samantha) is very knowlegeable about nutrition and has really helped me a lot. The personal trainers are great, they make you work hard but have a lot of patience explaining each exercise and showing you if you don't understand. It's for women only so I don't feel self conscious when I work out. I have 12 more pounds to lose -- and I plan on continuing t the studio until I do.

You will get results at this personal training studio in Lutz, FL. The female personal trainers are great and nobody offers this type of private instruction in such a beautiful facility. Its a home away from home. I feel great everytime I leave this place.

I have been training at Pure Health Studios for over 3 months now. This Studio is so casual and comfortable that you feel like you are training in your own private Studio at home - better yet, with a Trainer who keeps you motivated, accountable and insures results without intimidation.
