We put our 2 dogs in the same kennel, since they have been living together for the past 8 years. Came to pick them up and one had a bloody ear. The cut was quite severe. They of course denied the entire situation and blamed it on our other dog. After pointing out the bloody ear, the vet applied medication and sent us out with a bill for the meds applied. My wife and I have never been so upset. Since this horrible incident, we have not been able to put our dogs with any kennel fearing the bad treatment. These people are rude and heartless. The only thing they want is your money.

I have been using Cypress Creek for many years. I could not be happier with the amazing staff and the doctors. It seems that finding a good veterinarian is hard, this is why we are staying with Dr Wilson. She takes care of our pets like we would. They have had many doctor changes over the years. There are however staff there that has been there since I started using them in 2001. I love them!

Not my favorite office, but go there because its close and convienant. The techs are great with my skittish dog, as was Dr Draper, but the reception individuals are horribly rude and constantly different. I brought my pet in for board not long ago and a few days after being home, I discovered a spot of ringworm! I'd definently recommend them for excellent veterinary care but it certainly seems to be a roll of the dice with everything else.

I have been a long standing customer of Cypress Creek, and always found them to be very helpful and accommodating. I have been there for regular visits and emergency visits. I highly recommend them to any and all.

We just moved into the area and I was looking for a good groomer. I found this one on superpages and I took my dog in last week. The first thing I saw as I walked in the door was an employee yelling at a dog that was being groomed. I almost walked out at that point but was in a bind and had to have her groomed that day because we were leaving town early the next morning. When I picked her up she acted so wild I could barely control her. She was scratching and whining so once we got home and I could look at her I realized that her back was burned and she had been nipped by the clippers. One side was cut higher than the other side. Her head was not shaved properly. She is a mess. I would not recommend this groomer and I will not go back. The groomer is no longer in the office with this vet but is now in the building next door.

My dog required emergency surgery; I call at 8.00 AM and they made an immediate opening for me. When I arrived the staff was waiting and could not have been nicer. Dr. Taylor examined my dog; she was very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Taylor took the time to explain the procedure and answered all of my question. After I left they called me and sent me more information by e-mail. They called me several time a day to give me updates on my dogs condition. Last of all they were very reasonable. I had taken my dog to another emergency Vet center who wanted $3,350.00 to do the surgery. Cypress Creek total bill was under $900.00. While providing Excellent Care and Service!

I am a long standing client with several pets and I called at 7:21 am to schedule an appointment for my pet and the rude woman who answered the phone told me they did not open for 9 more minutes and to call back. I mean...9 MINUTES? Come on! She could have been polite and at least taken my number and offered to phone me back. But what do you expect? Customer service is dead anymore! Hope she enjoyed her 9 minutes!
