Nancy Cross founded The Cross Team, and have been serving Tampa Bay since 2002. Nancyâ??s focus is Residential Real Estate working with new construction, custom builders, resale homes, and homes for sale by owner. She also has extensive background as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) handling all aspects of buying and selling distressed properties, i.e. foreclosures (REO/Bank Owned properties) and short sales. Paul handles Commercial Real Estate focusing on Medical Buildings, with a range of options for medical professionals. He also assists with buying, selling, leasing, and developing most kinds of commercial property and advises on Commercial Real Estate Investment. With a combined thirty years of Real Estate experience, Paul and Nancy have the expertise and knowledge to assist you with your next transaction.
