The attendant was not very helpful and my truck was not cleaned properly by the car wash. I drive a Chevy Colorado pick up truck and purchased the most expensive wash which includes a "triple foam wax". On my first trip through the car wash I noticed it would spray soap just past the front windows and only sprayed the rear of my truck, totally missing the front of the truck, same with the spray wax. I notified the attendant who stated "the software in the car wash doesn't recognize most vehicle configurations", it just sees everything as a small sedan. I request my money back, he stated he could not give a refund but I could try going through again at no additional charge. So, I went trough a second time with the same results, no soap or wax sprayed on the front half of the truck, only the rear half. We have two vehciles in my household, neither of which is a small sedan. I will never spend another penny there.

I brought my new car in to be washed for the first time at Baybreeze Car Wash & Lube in Lutz, Florida. While I was sitting in the car during washing, a brush flipped my sideview mirrors forward and then the next brush flipped my sideview mirrors forward. The driver's side mirror popped out and fell into the belts in the car wash. I immediately told the man (Cornell) who was running the car wash, who proceeded to look for the mirror. They couldn't turn off the car wash to find it. My car was also scuffed on the mirror and side corner panel from the car wash brushes. Cornell implied that I had bought a poorly made car if things were falling off of it in the car wash. He filed an incident report. My husband has been a car body man for 35 years which has included restoring and painting cars that have been featured in major car magazines. My husband looked at the car that evening and was able to get the scuff marks off. I returned to the car wash the next day to speak to the manager, Howard Hogan, so I could retrieve my mirror. He proceeded to tell me that I must have hit a pole and that there was no way his car wash could have made the scuff marks on my car. I was trying to tell him that my husband got the scuff marks out so he wouldn't have to fix any scratches. He continually went back and forth with me about how his car wash could have never done it, even though I sat in my car and watched as my mirror was being damaged!!!! The most he could offer me was that he would look for my mirror. I drove out with the impression that even if he found my mirror he would probably throw it away. There was no way this guy was even going to acknowledge any sort of damage to my car. I would have been happy if the manager apologized and offered me a free car wash and sincerely promised to look for my mirror. I would have even considered coming back if he was apologetic. Instead, he insisted that I caused the damage to my car. This is a cheap car wash with extremely poor customer service!!

The attendents at this location are trained to simply fall back to the disclaimers instead of looking at problems on a case by case basis. If you ever go here and have a problem take it up with the manager at the location off of Bruce B Downs, he is a part owner. The General Manager at this location refuses to accept responsibilty for the majority of issues resulting from the wash for appearance sakes to his superiors. As well the staff that runs the lube shop are thiefs (having stolen money from the customers), drug users, and liars. They will say whatever it takes to get a sale as instructed by the General Manager, again appearances over actual customer satisfaction. I have first hand witnessed them repair a transmission on a customers car that they damaged with JB Weld, another case of appearances on the bottom line over service.

Love this car wash! It does an excellent job and I love the free vaccuum.

Since moving from N.Y I've been to many local oil change service stations and favored this one the most. Conveniently located off the highway together with their affordable high tech car wash, this is one of the cleanest establishments. No high pressure sales forcing recommended services, they are precise & easy going. For those of you trying to save money on your next oil change, try their car wash and you will receive a discount coupon for your next service. I've serviced my 1993 300zx twice now and use their car wash weekly and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

On the day I went there I found the service bays empty, and four workers sitting out in front smoking cigarettes an talking (first bad sign). When I went into the office to see about getting my oil changed no one bothered to come in to take care of me, (second bad sign) so I walked around to the bays, when I asked the guy about getting my car in he seemed annoyed that I interrupted his break time...(third bad sign) He tells me that a standard oil change would be $39.99 plus shop & disposal fees (ridiculous, non-mandated charges by the way) Totaling nearly $50 bucks.! (fourth bad sign) So I asked him about any specials and he gave me even more lip at which point I asked him how long was his lease, because with customer service like that he should start packing. Subsequently, I went elsewhere and only paid $24.99

So far, I've had a good experience. They did give an oil change once and forgot to put my radiator cap back on, and my car nearly overheated. Thank goodness no major issues, just inconvenience. They paid the cost of my new radiator cap, fluid, and gave me a free car wash without any hassle (just gave them the receipts to reimburse), which I appreicated. The manager was very apologetic and explained this is not normal for them. Their counter guys could be a bit friendlier. The car wash is actually pretty good, and I LOVE the free vacuums!

It doesn't matter that you have other receipts such as a VISA or bankcard receipt. This is a deceptive practice meant to discourage further work on their part.
