I rent a home in the Wesley Chapel area and my air conditioner stooped working. I call the management company and requested that they send the a/c company they use to repair my a/c. The guy cames in and replaces an electrical fuse on the unit and leaves. When I get home that night the a/c is not working. I call the company back and I get no answer, so I call my friend to see if she knows of an a/c company that has after hours service; she tells me about 3H contracting. I call them and the girl that answers the phone, I think it was Amy, set to me that she would have someone at my place in about 2 hours. The guy was there in one hour he finds a short in the outside unit and replaces the electrical fuse, this all took place between 5:30 and 7:30 pm. He was very good, got the work done and my a/c is working great. Thank you guys for not letting me cook this past weekend.

Best air conditioner repair company in Tampa. They came out and basically over hauled my air conditioner. It was blowing hot air and at this time of year it is not the best feeling when your air conditioner doesn't work.

Their service technicians go over and above with our clients. Just the other day were helping one of our disabled clients. He went over and above to make sure she stayed cool while he fixed the air conditioner. They really are good people.

Finally an A/C company you can trust !!!! I called this company (3H) for an estimate and they actyally repaired my three year old unit and gave me options on upgradingthe other 3 companies I called said my system needed total replacement for thoulsand of $$... be careful many companies only know how to sell new systems..... I saved thousands.

I just spoke to this contractor on the phone and they answered my questions directly and honestly. I have called a number of AC companies and this is the first one that was willing to talk to me. They even answered knowing that I was out of their normal service area. What a great customer service. Others wanted to charge me up to $100 for a call to come out and give a price range, they would do nothing over the phone. I am inmpressed with this company. If their service is as great as the office staff, they would have my business. They even told me that if I do not get satisfaction from Service Centers that do business in my area, to call them back and they take care of me.

Would use again, family owned and very professional. Called around and lowest pricing for best services. Glad we found them and will use them again and again.
