Awesome for kids

If you are looking for a fun kid- approved place to go, come here! I am 12 years old so I know what kids like so take this advice from an actual kid. I would reccommend going on Saturdays from 4-7 cause they have the $15 unlimited laser tag play! The only problem is that you have to pay extra for the other stuff. With the unlimited package you can only play laser tag for $15. As for the parties, for my 12th party 8 months ago, the staff was amazing and even though the facilities were crowed, everyone had fun! I am planning my 13 th party for there! Go to redzone!

The staff was extremely uncoordinated. Before a game, a man up front said that everyone should go upstairs to the pre-playing room no matter their wristband color, where several players were rudely kicked out by the female employee who said, "I don't care what they told me, listen to what I'm telling you. Get out." Following this, the same female employee said, "Anyone without the right wristband has five seconds to leave before I take their wristbands away." After another game, she claimed that an unknown player had ripped an allegedly $4000 laser tag vest and the entire group could not play for the remaining games. She went so far as to advise all of us to leave, and later when she announced the same color wristband, she seemed agitated that they had all left. This is awful customer service, and I feel that I would not like to go back to Red Zone after this experience. In addition, I doubt the cost of a vest is actually $4000. This employee may have had a bad day, but it's no excuse.

Purchased the groupon that was offered. When I arrived at 3:30 to attempt to redeem it I was informed because unlimited play was going to start at 4pm my groupon was ineligible and I would need to pay the full rate for the unlimited play. I asked if I could apply the amount I paid for the groupon and put toward the unlimited play amount and was told I could not. Keep in mind they had already scanned and redeemed my groupon at that point before "oh I'm sorry you can't use the groupon." and they informed me of the unlimited play nonsense. Needless to say disappointing experience but if they were planning to use groupon as a ploy to get people in there and try to up sell them it wasn't going to work on me. I don't plan on returning, definitely won't be planning my boys birthday parties there, and am extremely disappointed.

There was one manager they had last year and she was always great- easily relatable to both kids and adults. I haven't seen her recently and it seems the rest of the managers are either too hardcore or not well put-together. Though the facilities are good, they could use more easy-going leadership. It's a family facility, not a lifelong career for most of them.

Just had my son's 7th birthday party there. The staff was great and attentive! We did the early bird party and had the whole place to ourselves- all of the kids (and a couple adults) had a blast doing all of the games. Bathrooms are clean. Would recommend and go back.

Wow! The perfect party place! They took care of everything, from the food and drinks to leading the kids around, to setting up and cleaning up. My husband and I didn't have to do a thing (in fact, my husband just watched basketball on their big screen the whole time). The laser tag was awesome, and we never saw anything like the laser maze. If you've never been, you have to go. If you have been, you already know what I'm talking about.

While using Red Zone's laser tag facilities, a very rude employee of theirs tried to escort me out of the arena. Upon my inquiry of why he was escorting me, he raised his voice and proceeded to verbally abuse me. At that point, I demanded to speak to the manager who resolved the conflict in my favor and reprimanded the employee. The experience nonetheless left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be going back there.

I had my sons Birthday party here & am glad I arrived about 25min before the starting time because I was not aware I had to provide the decorations.I spoke with 3 people in the week prior to provide details as to how many guests would attend & asked questions about what I was supposed to bring.I was assured that the only items I was to bring were the cake&ice cream.They would provide cake if I wanted, but I said no,I would bring the cake. I was told they would provide everything else. I was very upset when I arrived because the room was bare except for the tables & chairs & I had no time to run out & get decorations. I had 31 guests expected in less than 20 minutes. The employees were very accomodating & apologetic.They immediately sent out for tableclothes & balloons & did everything possible to make sure we had a good time.After the decorations arrived,they continued to make sure we had everything we needed.They even gave me batteries for my camera. Very Fun,but expensive&very LOUD!
