- FramingStarted working in the construction field in the summer painting houses while he was still in high school. In 1982, Chuck worked full time learning more and more about the trade, finishing cabinets, and hanging and finishing sheet-rock and wallpaper. In 1984 he progressed into trim work. Soon after that, Chuck got into framing projects as well as easing into commercial construction. He began taking night classes at Lamar University studying computer drafting and graduated in 1994 with a Computer Drafting Technology Degree. Soon after graduation, Chuck joined forces with Terrell Woosley and opened King Homes up for business. He recently acquired his Realtor license. In doing so, he has learned a lot about the selling and buying process and can therefore, assist you in this way.
- FireplacesThe Bodiam plan is 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 3 car garage. It is a split plan with a huge master suite with lots of closet space. It has a 4th bedroom that can serve as a guest bedroom with its own bath, or can be for an older teen and is separated from the other bedrooms. The half bath can service visiting guest as well as be great for a future pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the last bath in there on section of the house. It has a large kitchen with a large pantry which is open to the family room and dining room. It has a nice formal living room with a fireplace with an optional stair leading up to a very large bonus area. The back of the house has a wraparound porch which is ideal for outdoor kitchen area and would be perfect looking out to the future pool. The plan has several upgrades to choose, from ceiling heights, roof designs, front elevations, covered patio areas, outdoor kitchen, bonus rooms, to the pool that can all be included.
