  FLOOR PLAN: our floor plan is a drawing to scale, showing a view from above, of the relationships between rooms, spaces and other physical features at one level of the structure. It will show all dimensions, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, wall, and ceiling heights.

  Started working in the construction field in the summer painting houses while he was still in high school. In 1982, Chuck worked full time learning more and more about the trade, finishing cabinets, and hanging and finishing sheet-rock and wallpaper. In 1984 he progressed into trim work. Soon after that, Chuck got into framing projects as well as easing into commercial construction. He began taking night classes at Lamar University studying computer drafting and graduated in 1994 with a Computer Drafting Technology Degree. Soon after graduation, Chuck joined forces with Terrell Woosley and opened King Homes up for business. He recently acquired his Realtor license. In doing so, he has learned a lot about the selling and buying process and can therefore, assist you in this way.

  The Bodiam plan is 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 3 car garage. It is a split plan with a huge master suite with lots of closet space. It has a 4th bedroom that can serve as a guest bedroom with its own bath, or can be for an older teen and is separated from the other bedrooms. The half bath can service visiting guest as well as be great for a future pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the last bath in there on section of the house. It has a large kitchen with a large pantry which is open to the family room and dining room. It has a nice formal living room with a fireplace with an optional stair leading up to a very large bonus area. The back of the house has a wraparound porch which is ideal for outdoor kitchen area and would be perfect looking out to the future pool. The plan has several upgrades to choose, from ceiling heights, roof designs, front elevations, covered patio areas, outdoor kitchen, bonus rooms, to the pool that can all be included. And as always we can make any changes to our plans to customize your castle to fit your needs.

  Answer: Square footage price is a very vague concept. Square footage only applies if every lot was the same and every home had the exact same amenities. Some square footage price may or may not include driveways, landscaping, in house financing, etc. Cost per square foot provides vague and sometimes unreliable data at best. Here at King Homes we use a detailed specification sheet to provide you with reliable costs early in the project.

  King Homes has also developed a subdivision in a prime location on the south end of Lumberton, TX, called Woosley Palms. It has easy access via Highway 69 and will have future access from Highway 96 in Phase II. Woosley Palms has a variety of lots to build on. Starting with the grand entrance this unique subdivision is equipped with great drainage, curbed gutters, all underground utilities, and a beautiful pond.
