      Enter F&S like used car lot; research the products & qualities ahead of time. Ask lots of questions, maybe jot down the answers. Agree on order & work schedule before paying. Never pay the full balance before ALL work is completed. Don't be surprised if someone doesn't "get back to you". While our flooring installation was basically satisfactory I grew tired of waiting for a return visit & finished several items myself. You should be OK if you're careful.
