When my wife and I first moved to Mount Laurel after just getting married, we bought our first place. The AC unit died after two weeks living there. It went on us during the hottest day of the year and it was a Sunday to boot. Ed is a hands on business owner and received my call and came out right away to assess the problem. Because it was such a hot day, even though it was his day off, he put a new unit in THAT SAME DAY! ON TOP OF THAT, HE GAVE US THE BEST PRICE! Since then, he's always maintained my unit and has become someone I can rely on and value.

Ed & Dave had come to my home a couple times in the last 13 years for minor repairs to my Builders level AC system.. I was impressed with his promptness as well as the care he took when working on my AC. When it was time to replace both the Heater & the AC I called Ed and was Glad that I did. I highly recommend Ed's business. Ed installed my new heating and air conditioning about 4 years ago and did a great job in a very tight space. It was a gas conversion and the furnace is in a small closet. They were able to just get it in and all the back up work and piping was done very professionally and neatly. I recently had a problem with the system and Ed was there right away to fix it. Again, a very good experience. I have other friends that have used him and he is always available if needed and does a great job.

I have used Ed's Air and Heating several times over the past years. They have been punctual, efficient, and friendly. Moreover, they are honest and trustworthy. The last time Ed was here, he actually showed me what to do if the issue happened again--saving me time and money. This evening, I called him again and explained what was wrong. He immediately asked me to check a few things out and began to trouble shoot with me on the phone. Within minutes, we solved the problem and it didn't cost me a dime. He could have easily come out to the house, fix the problem himself, and charge me a hundred dollar service call-- but he didn't!
