STAY AWAY FAR AWAY..I ALSO USED TOO WORK AT DOBBS...THEY ARE CROOKS FROM THE WORD GO..THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.LIE TOO YOU AND DOUBLE CHARGE YOU FOR TAX AND TAGS.STAY AWAY

All vehicles sold at Dobbs are either salvage or flood cars. I'm a mechanic at Dobbs and disagree with their lack of ethics and shady business practices. The majority of the vehicles sold there are actually two halves of two different cars welded together in their body shop. All repairs done on the vehicles are done with used parts and we are encouraged to take short cuts rather than make proper, lasting repairs. When check engine lights are on in cars we are told to just reset the computer rather than fix the actual problem. BUYER BEWARE... Or better still go somewhere else, good luck

I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from this place. They are very unprofessional! When I bought my truck I was assured that everything was in working order and I could bring it back and they would fix any problems if I had any. I put a heafty down payment down on my truck and 2 days later my battery kept going dead. When I took it back, they told me they gave me a brand new battery. Not the case! I took it to a reputable service shop and found out that my lights were rigged to the battery in a dangerous way that could start a fire! When I took it back up there, they denied the accusations. I spent 400 dollars to have my lights rewired. The 2 nd week I was driving and came to a stop light and my brakes went out! I took the car back up to the shop. They told me that they would fix it free of charge. They kept my car for almost 3 weeks. My payment was due on a fri. They told me my car would be ready on sat. So I told them I would pay on sat when I picked my car up. When I got there they said I owed 500$ for the repair plus my 500$ payment. I was furious!!! When I refused to pay for the repairs that they told me would b free, the manager said my car was repoed because my payment was 1 day late! I left The vehicle there. I ended up paying the repair bill because I had already invested more than 5000$ in less than a month. To make a long story short, the brakes went out again!! I went to a shop and they told me that my brake lines were rigged, my front bumper was improperly attached, my tires, bearings and steering column all needed replacing. The car had been seriously wrecked and no repairs were done internally! I spent almost 2000$ trying to fix the damage. Never buy a car from this place, they are crooks! Shady business!

NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. When I got my truck from here I was told that everything worked well and the car ran well. Well the car runs good NOW but when i got it a week later my husband had to buy a new tire because the one they had on the truck was "RIGGED" up with glue on a cut in the tire. Then we thought our fuel pump went out but when the machanic started working on it come to find out it was wires "RIGGED" up in the car that was affecting if the car would start. Next they LIED about changing the oil on the car even after I took it back for them to change it they still didnt. The air doesnt work and the heat works when it wants to. We keep having to buy relays for the heat to work because there still are wires that are "RIGGED" up in the car that we dont know the wereabouts of. To make a LONG journey short and to save you money and time.......NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL BADDDDDDDD BUSINESS!!!!
