We have provided high quality healthcare since 1977. We provide primary medical care accessible to people within the community. We are locally owned, not-for-profit Corporation, whose board members come from the communities we serve. Our mission is to be responsive to community healthcare needs by providing quality, comprehensive, and cost effective healthcare. We wish to make care available to everyone in the community. We are happy to assist patients with their care.

      Coming from I-20, get off exit 92, Hwy 601 to Lugoff. Travel a few miles to come to Hwy #1 South (Jefferson Davis Hwy). Turn to left on Hwy 1, then take right on Baldwin Ave. We are on right before you get to stop sign.& From Lugoff/Camden. Go Hwy #1 South, stay straight to go under 601 overpass bridge, then take immediate right onto Baldwin Ave beside Fastenal Store. From Elgin: Take Hwy 1 N and turn L at Fastenal Store before overpass
