pecan valley are nice apts. The rent is very reasonable, utilities are reasonable also. Good location. If something needs to be fixed, the maintenance guys are taking care of it quickly. The only thing I don't like is the parking. It is terrible, there is no designated parking spaces for each apt. So everyone seems to park where ever they want. People in apts. across from you will park in front of your apt. Guest park in your space or what should be your parking space. You never know if you will have a space close to your apt.
