While traveling through area,we stopped and asked for directions....we were greeted by a smiling young man,who gave us directions to our destination and also pointed out local points of interest. The weather was quite bad,and he advised us to drive carefully....even offered to call around to find lodging for us. We feel he went above and beyond the call of duty. We aren't positive of his name,but my brother-in-law heard (he thinks) another employee call him by the name of Robb or Rob perhaps Rib....wonderful,wonderful service !! Thank-you
