Worst dining experience ever. First time I ever left a restaurant without actually getting dinner! They brought me a charcoal briquet that they claimed was a $26 steak. I explained to them that 'char-broiled' doesn't mean making the steak into charcoal. They didn't offer to re-make it, they didn't offer another menu item. I left without actually getting any food?! Everyone has had a dinner go wrong before, but it's how one handles it from that point... and they didn't handle it at all. I should have known the couple previous times we went there and the food was barely acceptable and well overpriced. Service on every visit has been very poor. This is one restaurant that belongs out of business, but only survives because skiers are usually unfamiliar with the area and stay in Ludlow. It takes a captive audience to keep this dump alive.
