Dr. Kuster may have been out of the office when I presented myself for a D.O.T. Physical Examination. Dr. Cheryl Dionne, M.D. may have been filling in. I received highly questionable results, especially as it regards the Vision Exam that was performed. A specific notation was made on my Medical Examiner's Certificate that I was only qualified to drive while Wearing Protective Lenses. A particular defect existed at the time when I had my vision test. NO TAPED MARKS existed on the carpet directing me where to stand. Instead, I was directed to stand "with my back against the hallway wall opposite the Eye Chart. Can it be that the distance from the eye chart to the opposing wall conforms precisely with the distance specified by D.O.T. Requirements? A formal Refraction Exam performed 11/11/2016 by Dr. Calvin Ebels, O.D. determined that "under existing Michigan Law" I DO NOT REQUIRE CORRECTIVE LENSES.A fax was sent to Dr. Dionne respectfully requesting she revisit the Results Achieved under her examination ( November 14 ). My e-mail address was included due to the fact I reside in a "dead zone" for cellphone reception.NO RESPONSE or ACKNOWLEDGEMENT as of 09:00 on November 18.

For those without insurance this is the place you can afford that will treat you like a first class citizen. Dr Kuster and her receptionist , Kathy, are amazing. Their quick immediate response to a first time client was astounding. I was sick with influenza the day after Christmas. I couldn't breath, pain everywhere with spiking temperatures. The last time I was this sick (over a weekend) I ended up in the hospital for 6 hours with a $3600 bill. At All Access Care, I made an appointment, and was seen without waiting! The visit was caring and the cost was $80 plus my meds (which were $90). To be making health care decisions based on whether or not you have an extra $10 can be embarrassing which makes being sick that much harder. You tend to wait too long in hopes you will get better on your own. Dr. Kuster gets it. She is obviously not in it for the money. Thank you., Dr. Kuster, for seeing the need of those who are uninsured and being willing to meet it.
