They are always very polite and call you by name. I haven't lived here that many years and it is nice to feel like they know you. They give it that small town touch which is what I was looking for!

Consistently unprofessional, disappointing, and unprepared. They often have left me without my medications due to not understanding what they need to be doing with pre-auth forms. I've had to wait week(s) at times to get my medications filled because they have failed to do the obvious, despite me telling them directly what they need to do. However, they clearly do not listen despite the fact that I have been proven right several times. This has required outside intervention from third parties to rectify, clogging up the bureaucratic network and leaving their customers without meds.

I've had to go to different pharmacies because they are consistently unprepared and will be changing locations. The service is lukewarm at best; rude, utterly incompetent and unaccommodating at worst. Go to Frederick. This isn't the pharmacy you want to use. The environment isn't friendly and chances are they won't have your medication in stock, sending you to Frederick or St. Croix anyway.

Great service. Great people. Not sure what Thomas C's problem is, but it doesn't belong in a public forum.

Well Cheryl, we can give you a little part time here, and more part time over there, but Shopko can't use you full time anymore. Cheryl's dad provided such a great example by practicing pharmacy with alcohol on his breath.
