It would be nice if people would post yearly about a place instead of 2008 and 2010. I mean I understand it's a gated community and yes there is crime everywhere and yes our law enforcement do everything they can to prevent it but unless people are willing to change or move out of our town then it will take time just like any place people live and as for over priced there not over priced. They basic it on your income. And as it goes for the gym it is where the office is and all her paper work I wouldn keep it open all night either and she is allowed to have a day off just like everyone else.

I am a resident at the Bradley Apartments, the apartments themselves are overpriced for the area and are supposed to be Govt Subsidized. The Gym and other Amentities are only available weekdays from 9am to 5pm, any working person on a regular schedule cannot use them. There is quite a bit of crime and the police are called on a weekly basis. The parking lots are active throughout the night with noise and illegal dealings. Insects are a growing problem after many visits by an "exterminator". The apartments are supposed to be gated however anyone seems to have access to the apartments, gates are not locked and are accessible by everyone.

Would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!! No onsite management after 5 pm and none on weekends. As for being a "Gated Community" sorry, but it is an ongoing joke among the local police. Although they make a big deal out of going over the rules as you're signing the lease, I have yet to see any enforced!!!! ie: children riding skateboards, roller skates, scooters in breezeways and darting in and out of parked cars in the parking areas, really excessive noise at night and weekends. I would recommend checking with police department about how many times they are called to this complex!!!!
