they did not use the tile grout color we chose, they broke tiles and never fixed them, tile is not layed evenly, Carpet installed is the cheap stuff, we did NOT pick out. did not lay metal strip between the carpet and tile. Cut the carpet in the mud outside and brought in inside to install. They ripped up, dented, and scratched newly painted drywall and wood trim. This house is a new build, I called and left a message to tell them NOT to install carpet one particular day because the eletrican was finishing installing a light; they can anyway, pushed the eletrian out and cost us more money to have the eletrican come back. I called the owner's cell phone; not once did he ever return one of my 10+ calls. We should have moved in Sept 2006; Because Crabtree's screw ups in just scheduling; it cost us $5000+ additional cost. That's not to mention the cost it is going to cost us in fixing what they messed up. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend Crabtrees. We maybe filing a law suit!
