Driver forged my signature for receiving a package which was very valuable (which is why a signature was required!). Left it on the porch instead. 5003 59th, Lubbock. I was home, but there was no doorbell or knock, just drop off, forge signature, and go.
UPS driver constantly leaves my packages about a foot away from a public sidewalk........just reaches over the fence and drops it. Anyone passing by can get the package. This is becoming a habit with this driver: 1618 56th; Lubbock, TX 79412
Just got off the phone with a person at the 800 UPS number. My package is sitting at the carrier facility..has been there since 4:45am today 2-23-2018. ...was supposed to be delivered today for a baby shower tomorrow. When I called, they first told me it wasn't even in my town! When I told them I saw that it was, they corrected themselves...then they told me it would be monday before my package was delivered..due to inclement weather...it is sunny and 60 degrees here! I am very disppointed in UPS .
Package as of today will be on its third day of trying to get it delivered. Was supposed to be a gift. Package was supposed to be delivered 2-13-18. Spoke with two people who assure me it would arrive the next day. The next day I went to check on its status and it had been changed to be delivered 2-15-18. Called again, and was told I could go pick it up. Drove all the way over just to find out the time the person had given me was wrong, and the store had in fact been closed for two hours. Had to call again just to get the package delivered today 2-15-18. When I checked the status it was it was to be delivered at the end of the day, so Im waiting to see if it ever shows up. What is the point of paying for this service if it is going to be this late? I should add, this location is less than 10 minutes from my home. This is not a good way to do business and I will NEVER use UPS again. WIll post again if there is more nonsense today, or if my package EVER arrives, at this point, Im doubtful.
The driver seems to come at his/her convenience--rather than the office hours I have given the local office, the main office, and are clearly posted. No sticker was left on the door. What business is open at 9 o'clock at night? This is a church (which is on the shopping label) I paid for next day shipping and the package remained on the truck for at least two days. The place to pick up is 30 miles from where I am--so that's 60 miles round trip for something I have paid to be delivered. TERRIBLE DELIVERY!

UPS called my home number and said they were trying to verify my delivery address. When I tried to call back and talk with some one in Lubbock I was directed to some one in "B.F. Egypt." These people don't have a clue what they are doing out in the real world.

The driver says there is no such person with my name at my address even though I've had many deliveries here. On hold on the phone for over 45 min with UPS and package delayed 5 days....so frustrating!!
Ridiculous.....package received in Lubbock on 2-11-11 and went out for delivery that day. Not delivered. Package out for delivery on 2-14-11 and still not delivered. Was told by customer service representative that no guarantee it will be delivered today. Why bother!!!!!!!!!
