I paid for a $10.00 wash on Sunday, 04/26/2015 in the brushless lane, it never activated. My card was charged for the wash. I will contact my bank tomorrow to initiate a refund, since there is no way to get in touch with anyone at this business.

I always get my money taken at this place and get the faulty washing system. Ive been trying to get my money back but noone answers the phone or door. I would rather go somewhere that for sure works!

u can forget calling the phone number it is a fax number now. went today to wash my car and paid 8.00 for a car wash in the brushless bay. pulled in it started and immediately shut down. I waited nothing happened so I pulled out circled and pulled back in again light was still green but again nothing happened. I circled again and the light had gone red. never got my car washed.

My card was charged, but the automatic wash on the South side never activated. I waited several minutes, nothing. I have called and left a message to return my call, but so far no one has contacted me. I request a refund of $9.00.
