      I have had to go and pick up my load several times at the terminal because it sits there for days before it gets delivered.

      Sat on my freight for a week, no call from you to get delivered. I had to call you to get ya'l off of your SAIA's.. I hope I never have to get anything through you guys again. 0.2 star option NOT available.
