I have 15 years of computer experience to bring to the table. I excel in technical support, customer communication, and problem solving. I have worked with numerous staff, faculty, and students mainly in higher education settings, but also support medical and law offices as well as your every day “I have a virus at home” or “my computer is running slow” problem.
