General Info

Dr. Michael Gomez is a Licensed Psychologist (in both the state of Texas and Oklahoma) and Associate Professor in the Pediatrics Department of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He completed his doctoral work at the University of Kansas Clinical Child Psychology Program, one of the top clinical child psychology training programs in the United States. He completed his pre and post-doctoral fellowships in Pediatric Psychology at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC), one of the top training sites for child trauma in the world. Dr. Gomez's research interests are child maltreatment, foster children, autism spectrum disorders, and children/adolescents with sexual behavior problems.
