I took my car in three years ago after a major hail storm for repairs. A few months ago the paint started peeling off my roof. I called Big Daddy's to see what hey could do because it was supposed to have a life time warranty. Well....they couldn't find me in there system where they had done the workand couldn't help me cause there was no proof they had done the work. So I called my insurance company and got the paperwork showing they had done the repairs. I took it to get it fixed and they said it would be done in a day. I showed up the next morning and it still was not done...mind you I live an hour away! They told me to come back at 3 that afternoon. Showed up at 330...STILL NOT DONE! Told to come back in an hour...STILL NOT DONE!!!! Long story short....they do not communicate well with their customers, you had better hold onto your paperwork if you choose to use them and you would be smart take your repairs somewhere else!!!

IF I could rate lower than one star I would! My entire experience at Big Daddy's was HORRIBLE!! I took my truck there to a get a small front end repair which required some body work, a new bumper and paint job. I called after they had it for a week and a half and had not been contacted in anyway about the progress, to be told that they weren't sure how much longer it was going to be. So finally after getting a definate date I go to pick up my vehicle. When I got into my truck the entire steering wheel, seats, door handles and door was completely black...my interior is tan leather!! They couldnt even wipe it down or vacuum up all the mess that was made from the repairs!!! LAZY!!!! I turn on my radio that had no problems prior now when i turn it down it goes as LOUD as it can go! My headlights would normally turn off when I locked my truck to go inside and now they stay on and I have to do it manually! Now about the bodywork!!! I paid to have my truck repaired and painted and it was not!

This company did a bad job on my car and would not stand behind their work.
