Horrible place will never go back there again. Waste of time and money. Didn’t do anything that I paid for except wash my car on the outside. I paid for my car to be wiped down on the inside and that wasn’t done. Didn’t shampoo my rugs like I asked them to do. Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible horrible

This place is horrible they employee thieves and refuse to anything about it. My boyfriend took my car to be detailed on 14 Dec 12 and someone there stole my iPod and my GPS and my driver side floor mat. We discovered my stuff was missing Saturday night but the place was closed already. The person working at the front counter was really rude, and refused to call his workers on Sunday to ask them about my belongings. He yelled at me and gave me attitude and lied to my boyfriend saying the manger wasn’t there and gave him a card. But when I went up there he told me he was the manager. I told him i was going to call the police and he said go ahead. They don't care because they have been getting away with stealing peoples stuff. I am waiting to see what happens with the investigation as of now. I called in on 18 Dec 12 to follow up on the statement he made about asking the workers on Monday have they seen my stuff and he said I asked the other employees that were here Friday and they say they haven’t seen your stuff, I'm was like sure they haven’t...smh. PLEASE don't bring your car there and give business to people who thrive on ripping people off and stealing their belongings.

I went to this wash recently. Someone stole the change I had in my car, and they did not clean the doors or cup holders. So much for $20. I am never going to this place again.

Prices are high, like the employees. Better off waiting for rain....lol
