Eleanor Health offers kind and compassionate addiction treatment and mental health care that is fully personalized to your unique needs. In-person or virtual appointments are available. We work with you to determine your customized care plan, which may include therapy, psychiatry, Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT), outpatient drug & alcohol rehab, peer support, and care coordination for other physical or social needs.
