Based in Lowell, Ind., Lowell Public Library offers net library, e-audio books and e-books covering subjects, such as business, economics, management, mathematics/statistics, travel/geography and literature, among others. The library provides databases, such as gale cengage learning, heritage quest and inspire virtual library, to name a few. The library also provides family/local histories, practice tests, nursing/medicine, biographies and many more. Lowell Public Library's tri-creek accelerated reader list includes Lowell middle school, three creeks, lake Prairie and oak hill.
