If I could give this company a 0 star......I would.



We recently made a move to Lovelock and needed a storage unit. So we called Cache Storage...spoke with the owner....and made arrangements to meet him at his storage facility in 30 minutes. However, he NEVER showed up....Or even bothered to return the calls that I left during the next hour letting him know that we were there waiting for him.



Finally, we had to make the decision to take our items an hour away to Fernley, NV.



Being that we like to give people second chances....2 weeks later...we once again had another load of our items to put in storage...and tried to contact Cache Storage. I had my husband call this time....thinking maybe his luck would be better than mine.



WRONG!! THE SERVICE STILL SUCKED



He left a message.....and here we are over a month later......We still have not received any return calls.



SO, IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP...IGNORED...AND LIKE TO BEGGING SOMEONE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.... THEN CALL CACHE MINI-STORAGE!



BTW...they are also local realtors....so I can only image the service they provide for that!!

The units are what you'd expect from a storage facility but, the management and staff are HORRIBLE!!! No set hours, when you try to call and pay the bill, they are extremely rude, they treat the customers like a complete inconvenience. In a small town like Lovelock, that's NOT the way to stay in business!
