      The farm is located on both the northerly and southerly sides of eastman hill road on a rural hilltop with views of the white mountains dominating the landscape. We have been pleased to host many weddings and Family events of ALL sizes over the years. The estate offers an absolutely private setting for your event. On the estate there is the main brick farmhouse with an adjoining BARN/GREAT room structure, a smaller guesthouse. The farm Manager’s house. And Acres of fields bordered by original stone walls. The property is located in center Lovell approximately 1 mile from KEZAR lake. The white mountain national forest is 15 minutes away Portland maine is 1.5 hours to the SOUTH. 
THE Portland International jetport (PWM) is located 50 miles away. Accommodating private flights. The Fryeburg airport (IZG) is located 19 miles away.
