Crossfit Amarillo helped me to successfully run the Army ten-miler in 1:35. Through weight training and endurance interval training I was able to successfully complete the race even though I did only two long runs (6 miles) and my workouts were usually less than 45 minutes. I like the fact that the workouts are different each day and many of them have you working against a time limit.
