I liked the installers even though there was slight damage to walls moving furniture. I guess that will happen. The sales person did not accomodate my needs to have installers wear shoe covers on brand new carpet and the Owner lacks total customer service. He will lose far more, from my lack of recommendations, vs what it will cost to steam clean my new carpets.
