I've only been to three sessions at Yoga Works and I already feel the benefits, my lower back pain is gone, neck and shoulder tension is gone. I feel less stress in my day to day life. My goal is to get my husband to come to class.

Yoga Works in Loveland is a great place to do yoga. It is a beautiful location with lots of windows. I can see the mountains and Lake Loveland while I am doing my yoga poses. The instructors are well trained and teach each student in the group at their own level. I have been going for about five years and I love it!
