This Company warrantees their work. I just had a Technician, Mark Widdis, come check my air conditioner that wasn't cooling. He determined quickly their was a leak in the refrigerant line. He also determined this was a quality control issue and repaired the system at no charge. This was 1.5 years after the initial installation. Talk about customer satisfaction! Mark was professional in all aspects. He is a tremendous asset to this company. In my mind, he deserves a raise! Outstanding Service!

WATCH FOR DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES -- Had this company in to do a furnace inspection. Almost immediately the techs stated the heat exchanger was cracked in several places and that it should be replaced. Also advised there was a problem with the AC in relation to the furnace and that it should be replaced as well. Stated they could replace both for $15k, then dropped the price to $12k. Inspection by another company with a known tech revealed furnace and AC were in good working order with replacement NOT needed. Inquiry on replacement of both furnace/AC came in at approximately $4,500 ... or $2,200 for just the furnace. While Albrachts "was" a reputable, local company in the past, it was bought out by a national chain that, obviously, cares more about making a fast buck than honest business practices.

Watch for scare tactics, they will try to convince you that you have a co2 leak and it is untrue. The 3 people who I know that had a check were all told that there was a safety issue. This was checked by another company and found that it was NOT TRUE. They only want to do a check so they can sell you a new heater. Don't fall for it, get a second opinion
