STAY AWAY!! They even allow Registered Sex Offenders, Lots of Druggies so Beware!!
Lived there for a few months with my ex and the owners really need to get better management and update the place!! For the price you pay every 2 weeks which is ($550) - $1100 a month you would think management would be better and anytime we had an issue it would either not get done or took forever if at all to get fixed. Our kitchen outlet caught fire and the whole place would of went up in flames if we hadn't been there that day. If your looking for drugs it's a great place to go because just about everyone that lives there does drugs or sells them. Even the management does drugs!! When she lived on property you would see her up at all hours doing things and when you have an issue it either never gotten taken care of or took forever to after telling management several times but boy when it came time to pay rent they wanted their rent. I had to put a $75 deposit and never got that back when I left either. The owners really need to take a look at everything and everyone there!! If I could they would get 0 stars. The building is so old and the wiring is ridiculous. All or most of the efficiency apts got redone but scary when your outlets catches fire twice before they replaced it and if you use a heater or something during the winter it would blow out fuses!!
