Unfriendly, and no sense of customer priority. I dropped a watch off for repair, he tells me " I won't send it off for a week so I hope your not in a hurry". Exactly one week later I call and ask if he remembers me dropping off the watch and he says "yeah...what about it" I asked him if he had sent it out for repair and his response was " probably not". I immediately drove over to his place and reclaimed my watch. When I enter his home/shop he asked me where I am Taking it to get repaired and I told him watch galaxy in boulder, and promptly left. I get to watch galaxy and am greeted by a very nice russian watch maker named Paul who diagnoses the watch on the spot, and tells me he will have it finished in a weeks time. I will never deal with antares again, the guy is just not friendly whatsoever.
