      Groffre Investments Groffre Investments was created in 1984 by the seven Jeffries brothers and sisters. The business plan was to build quality multi-purpose buildings for lease or sale. The first building was for the Georgia Pacific Co. After successfully completing the Georgia-Pacific truck terminal, it seemed natural to the partnership to continue to build buildings on speculation and lease them. Because of the quality of the workmanship, the cooperation of the partners, and the speed with which the projects proceeded, the partnership grew by word of mouth. Today, Groffre investments has accumulated over 1, 000, 000 ft. of buildings located in Stark County, Ohio. The holdings include over hundreds of acres of industrial land ready to be developed.
