Maria has been a lender since 2008 and believes that every person deserves to be a homeowner. She is willing to go the extra mile to make that happen for her clients. Maria has been a top loan officer for the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) for the past several years. The KHC Down Payment Assistance Program (DAP) has helped many of her clients obtain homeownership. Even if you are not yet credit-ready, Maria will work with you to help you prepare for buying a home. Maria has been married since 2000 and likes spending her free time with her husband, two grown sons, and five dogs. She is an expert in the home loan process and can answer all your questions.
