On Oct 22,2010,I went to the Village Car Wash and paid $8.00 for the works. The car wash stopped after all the soap went on my car. My husband got out of my car to find someone but noone was there. We had to drive in to a do it yourself bay and pay $2.00 to rinse off the soap.



I filled out a card with my name and address and phone # for a refund but still haven't received one. I stopped by and 2 people that work there assured me that the owner is good about refunding people. He also guessed which car wash quit on me and he was correct. I am guessing they have had trouble with this one before.

It is the 2nd bay from the left side of building.





I think I should get my $10.00 back.



As a business ignoring people does make them go away and everyone else they talk to.
