I do not like to clean at all. But I take care of my grandmother and she is very picky. She can find any reason to complain about anything. The smallest things. I have never seen her so happy with a cleaning in all of my 25 years. The girl Koy ( I hope I got that right) is the nicest person I have ever met. She actually enjoys what she does and it shows in her work. The house smells great and lets just say this wont be the last time they clean for us. Way to go Perfect maid, even I can't make my grandmother that happy!
I saw the reviews were good, so I decided to call and make an appointment for a free estimate. The person on the phone was nice enough. I was told she could come the next day, she'd call me ahead of time. The next day comes. She's nowhere to be found or heard from. Depressing. That was enough for me. If you can't take your work seriously, I'll move my business elsewhere.
I am sorry read that you are displeased with our cleaning service. Our clients mean everything to us. I thumb through my data book to figure out who you were to make the proper apology, but when looking at the date it hit me, this was mid December. I was supposed to come give you an estimate the day we had the snow storm. The roads were Layard in ice and snow. I had been in an accident the night before with a partner while coming from another client’s house. I did not make it home that night and as a result did not have my charger and my data book was left in the car we had the accident in. I realize I was not able to phone until after we were able to safely return to the car. I called you the next day. I explained what had happen. I apologized and offered you services at 60 % off to make up for the event. (Basically just enough to cover gas and products) You told me I was unreliable and hung up the phone. I understand that we are a professional cleaning service. But the owner behind this cleaning service is a 22 year old college student who was scared to death after we were run off the road in bad weather. As much as I want to please our clients it cannot be at the risk of our safety. We are only “PerFect Maids” If we are alive and well. My offer still stands. We would be more than happy to make this up to you. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience.
The Perfect Maid is a wonderful cleaning service. They are on time and will go out of there way to get things done. They are a VERY reliable company and if you need something special done they will go to your specifications and not have a problem with doing it. The worker(s) are the most friendly and caring people and don't mind whatever job you hand them to do. If you need someone to clean your home or office, or to do any other type of job you can give them a call and talk to them and they will set up an appointment to see whether they can do the job. They came out and gave me a free esitmate and was way more afforable then I would have ever thought, give them a call I HIGHLY recommend them.
These girls dont just care about making money, they care about you as a customer. They are overly helpful and do not leave until you are happy. Wonderful Cleaners and People
