I was having loud noise coming from under my sienna van on highway took it to sprindale automotive to be checked out they looked and said my motor mount were bad so believing them I let them fix that the parts they installed were higher than dealer prices to the customer so i know they money from me then second thing the problem still persisted had to take it back turns out the rear brake there was loose part in there I wasted 1135.00for just nothing watch out at this repair shop where they dont value good customer service infact they should not be in business at all

The guy's at springdale were very honest when they repaired my Toyota. I had a clicking sound in the front and was told by another shop my axle was bad. The guys at Springdale said that a piece on my backing plate was rubbing and all they had to do was bend it back! They are awesome!

New Starter: cost: $472.57 at Springdale Automotive. I called two other shops and the two quotes were $212.81 and $245.25. When I called the owner of Springdale he said they use "better parts" with a 3-year warranty. Well, yes but the warranty comes from the manufacturer -- not the shop.And the cost to buy the "better part" was $22.00 more than the less expensive starter.So if we start with the other (higher) quote of $245.25 and add $22.00 for the "better part" the total would be $267.25 -- quite a difference from the $472.57.Stay away from these guys.
