I purchased a rebuild kit for a 2 ton floor jack. After having trouble trying to install an oil seal I took the jack to them and ask what the trick was in installing the seal. He refused to tell me or to help me in any way. I then ask him to rebuild the jack for me and he refused, stating that he would need the entire jack in order to rebuild it. ( I had taken the jack apart and only had the bottle jack with me.) He wanted $175.00 to rebuild the jack. I went home and found the correct rebuild kit on the internet and it was delivered today, completely different from the one he sold me which was the wrong one. Besides that, he had an attitude of " you should know how to install an oil seal" and " I'm more intelligent than you.".. I really believe that he knew he had sold me the wrong kit and tried to make himself look good.

We have dropped off pallet jacks for repair for years. Always come back good as new at a fair price.

Smilies does great work, but we took my husbands nail gun in 2 months ago and still have yet to get it back. When we dropped it off they said 3 days, then it turned into 2 weeks, now it's been 2 months. They do good work, but not too happy with their speedy service.
