Meadows East is a long-term nursing facility providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative services to people of all ages. The facility is located in Louisville, Ky., and provides a wide range of services and facilities to residents, such as activities, a clinical laboratory, and dental, dietary, housekeeping and mental health services. Additionally, it offers various nursing, pharmacy, physician, podiatry, vocational and diagnostic X-ray services. Its rehabilitation services include speech, language, physical and occupational therapies. Meadows East also administers and stores blood for nonresidents on-site. The center also offers various social service and recreational options to the residents.
