Creative Alliance Inc. is a full service ad agency that began fourteen years ago as a regional shop in Louisville, Kentucky. Its first client, KFC, is still with Creative Alliance today. Its other clients range from healthcare to financial service companies, entertainment to government agencies, travel, dining, investing and racing (horses and cars). Headquartered in Louisville, the Creative Alliance office is housed within a 75-year-old classical bank building.
