Reynolds did a great job. Right from the start with my phone call they were professional. I was given a quote for the service I was looking for. Elizabeth was straight forward, patient and slowly explained what service I would receive and how much it was cost. Which I feel was a reasonable price. She gave me the technician's name and time he would arrive. The next morning he arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule and promptly began work. He explained what happened to the spring and how we was going to replace it. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

I am a come back customer, they installed a garage door opener foe me before. This time one of my rental spring broke on me. The guy who worked on it is Bob( sorry didn't ask last name) Bob definitely know what he was doing. Great job , fast and smooth, he also oiled all the joints and springs.

It was a beautiful Sunday morning my family and I all headed out to the garage for a fun filled day out. I hit the button for the garage door to open an nothing happen. My youngest daughter is crying because she was going to get ice cream and my oldest is rolling her eyes because of course her Dad and I made it happen.



So what Garage Door company is open on Sunday? To the yellow pages! After making several calls I finally found a company open and making service calls. It was Reynolds Overhead Doors. The kind voice on the other end of the phone said she would send out a service tech in about an hour.



The service tech was extremely friendly, helpful and thorough. He gave us two quotes-one for a brand new garage door opener and one to repair the existing one. He was very careful to explain all our options. Even when quoting for a basic door opener he didn't try to push us into buying any expensive extras. We were impressed by both his efficiency and honesty-rather than simply trying to sell us a more expensive set-up. He also was able to get the broken door up so drama with our daughters was avearted.



We decided to replace the old door opener with a Martin Garage Door Opener. Three days latter Reynolds Overhead Doors showed up and in a couple of hours they were done. They cleaned up the mess and even took away any old equipment at no extra charge. We now have the quietest garage door in the neighborhood.



Given that we plucked them at ramdom out of the yellow pages (always a risky business) we were very happy with them. From start to finish, they provided a very professional service.
