Parking is terrible . Unless you are able to purchase a garage for an additional fee of 85.00-100.00 per month if you come home out 5:00 you will never have any where to park . Per management "they only have 1.3 parking spots for each apartment and it cost to live here that's why people choose these apartments(rent , parking ,water sewer, trash etc ) ".Management is very much aware of the parking issues and states it has been a problem since the apartments have been built and will continue to be . They give parking permits because that allows them to know the residents from visitors and also so their towing service does not tow a residents vehicle . The management never enforces the towing service (parking permits ) because it cost them a fee for each vehicle they have towed and it is not in their budget to properly manage the problem . Also due to the parking issues there is issues with people's cars getting hit and because it is private property there is nothing that can be done about it other than filing a claim with your insurance company . Management changes frequently so there is no consistence here.

This place may look good but run while you can! Management is awful, garbage collects till it over runs the area. Dogs are never cleaned up after. The worse is the parking! There is none. People park anywhere and if you are handicapped with a card you can forget it. Drug use is noticeable. If the road is icy it can stay that way till it melts. Too bad if you have to work. If you want service don't plan on it. The place may look good but the truth is it is an awful place to live.

The worst apartment in the southend. It may look nice, but once you sign that least your screwed. Whether it be being assigned one spot per apartment and if you have more than one car (NO MATTER WHAT) you have NO WHERE to park now. Management is horrible and rude. Maintenance, pssh the only time youll see them is when their posting a THOUSAND notices on your door for things. Repairs will go for months and months without getting repaired. Plus their rude and shady. The complex smells like pot after about 5:30. There isnt a bit of security in the whole complex, they took the gate down, no cameras or security. If your car gets broken into and 6k worth of my tools for work is stolen its your fault. No matter what. Renters insurance wont cover theft in the parking lot, and auto wont cover anything not bolted down basically. So if you want a place to live that you will hate for a year and pay too much money then this is the place for you. But if you have ANY common sense, go look else where. I install cable for a living and have seen apartments with bullet holes in them have happier tenants and better safer place to live.
